Have you heard about the Lakes Region Broker Home tours?

What is it?

  • Tours presented by Supreme Lending are held every week in different areas of the NH Lakes Region.
  • Up to 10 homes per tour.
  • Rotating schedule weekly.
  • We plan the route, supply feedback sheets, and end with lunch.
  • Our goal at Supreme Lending is to always provide value to our REALTOR partners, and the Broker Home Tour has proven to be a successful way of bringing Buyers and Sellers together through agents' networking and showcasing properties they might not typically be exposed to.

Why should I come on a tour?

My team and I have been organizing and presenting Broker Home Tours for over 2 years. We have presented over 40 tours and showcased over 300 homes. Most agents who put a listing on the tour immediately realize the value; many times, showings are scheduled with buyers' agents while on tour!

The tour allows you to:

  • Showcase your listing to top Agents in the area.
  • Receive honest, written feedback to share with your sellers to help better position their home in the market.
  • Preview local listings for your buyers.
  • Network & collaborate with the Top REALTORS.

Sellers like the feedback, and frequently we see price changes, property updates, different marketing strategies, or slight changes to a listing to improve visibility, driving more potential buyers to the listing.

There have been a significant number of sales that can be directly attributed to the Broker home tour.

Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at brokerhometournh@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

We send a weekly email with the up-to-date tour schedule. You can reply with the property address and the tour you're interested in to be added.

You don't need to have a listing to come. All are welcome, we encourage every agent to attend the tour, view listings, network, and provide feedback. Attending the tour can be a valuable way for newer agents to meet and network with seasoned agents, discuss property features, pros and cons of homes, continue to learn how to value the market and view current inventory.

  • We meet at the first listing, and tours begin at 8:30 AM.
  • We supply you with feedback sheets for each house on the tour.
  • We allocate 15 minutes to view each listing and have a preplanned route.
  • If you have a house on the tour you are required to attend the entire tour.
  • When we arrive at your listing you can take a few minutes to address everyone and talk about the features of your listing or if you are looking for specific feedback you can ask agents to include those items on the feedback sheet.
  • At the conclusion of the tour we meet at a local office for lunch, you can finish your feedback sheets, enjoy lunch and continue to network.
  • We collect the feedback sheets and give you all the sheets for your listing.
  • Tours and lunch typically conclude by 12:30 PM.
